1. Who are the educationists in the panel? On what basis do you select the panelist?
  Panel yet to be formed based expert profile
2. We are currently doing break-even, would you still go ahead with the JV? What if you make a loss during the next academic year?
  Yes we, take up the school even then and see that we do not incur losses
3. Will you still get into a JV if our school is making losses?
  Yes, we would take up the school and identify the problem and implement suitable soultion.
4. Why are you giving us a deposit? Given the fact that loans against our property is very huge this amount will not suffice?
  Encourage and financial support the correspondent. Also to induce faith in Edserv.
5. Will you increase the students fees?
  Fees will remain the same in the first year of JV and would marginally increase the next academic year.
6. How would you keep a tab of your investments in our school?
  The software along with management of Edsev would keep a track of all the investments made in your school
7. Why the MoU is for a 5 year period? Can it be for a lesser period or more than 5 year period?
  We have mentioned for a 5 year period but the terms are flexible provided agreed in the beginning.
8. Can we withdraw in between i.e. Before 5 years?
  Yes, possible by mutual consend and as per terms and condtions laid down by Edserv in the MoU
9. Will the royalty percent change after 5years?
  Yes
10. What kind of training will you give the staff?
  Training for teachers with dedicated educational experts and online orientation every year for about 20-30 days for all the teachers.
11. Who will take care of the staff's PF, increment etc?
  Vidhyadhana
12. What if the staff intends to quit and not co-operative with your teaching methodology?
  We would try to motivate and train them.
13. What if the staff quality is not upto the mark?
  We would make them resign
14. Do all the teachers need to have a B.Ed ?
  Not necessary
15. What will happen to new admissions?What if the student leaves the school?
  Normal procedure as per the school norms
16. How would you handle the various events like sports day, annual day etc.,?
  We would conduct the same in the most unique and efficient manner
17. Who will conduct the PTA?
  Vidhyadhana
18. What if the parents object to this kind of learning system?
  After sign up Vidhyadhana will organise class wise Parents meet and orientation.
19. Who wil take care of electricity, water and other taxes? Road tax for buses and vans?
  Vidhyadhana
20. Will you have a corporate employee in the school?
  Yes a manger to manage the show
21. Will you change the name of our school?
  No
22. You say it is a play way method of teaching, How would you give homeworks to the children?
  Worksheets and writing and drawing
23. What would be the effect of play way method on the student. Immediate/ later date. Will he be able to handle competative exams?
  Skills imprvovement and expect more talent. Yes
24. Who will handle the liasoning with the education boards? Wont they creat problems for us/you?
  Correspondent to handle
25. Will the software systems which you install in our school be removed once we withdraw our MoU with you?
  No and adjusted at a depriciated value.
26. How would you handle our Trust? Some members may interfere with the management?
  Vidhyadhana would not encourage
27. Who will handle school inspections (academic) from the govt?
  Principal and correspondent to handle
28. How would you prepare our students for board exams?
  To provide special coaching and training will be given
29. How would you handle students in-discipline like eve-teasing, irregularity,bunking classes etc ?
  Dicipilinary action to be strictly followed
30. How would you handle safety of the students?
  Basic safety precations would be taken care.
31. We out-source canteen, what would you do?
  As per correspondents guidelines.
32. How would you deal with scolarships and fee waivers for deserving students?
  As per correspondents guidelines.
33. Can we enter into an MoU and then withdraw and then again get into an MoU?
  Yes – exceptional cases not for all.
34. What if the parents are fussy about the career mapping?? Ignorant and illetrate parents?
  Try to induct and guide the parents
35. IDAE – Is this not too early for a child in his primary/Secondary School?
  Only from class 6 onwards.
36. School in a remote village and children of economically backward parents?
  Not a problem, can be oriented
37. How would you do the assesssments, exams, results for really very weak students?
  We would take special care for weak students and form a need improvement group.
38. How would you handle the administration i.e. Uniforms,books,stationery etc.,?
  As usual
39. How would you handle national /state level competitions in various fields like sports, academics etc.,?
  Talent identified and adequate training given
40. How would you handle extra curicular activities like cricket, tennis dance etc.,?
  Talent identified and adequate training given
41. Would you be willing to take over our school after 5 year period if we want to give it away?Or sell it for us
  No or if necessary
42. What if parents are not happy with the JV and want us to handle the school by ourselves?
  We would quit if they are not interested.
43. What would be the minimum capacity you expect for a JV?
  250 students/minimum 10 grounds upto 1 acre/ 4000 sq ft bldg.
