Progressive learning refers to continuous diagnosis and fix of the skill gap that a student has on a daily basis. While the diagnosis happens at class sessions, the fix happens in a common lab through remedial classes. The entire process is automated with multimedia based gaming software systems that motivate the students’ participation across all levels, all hours in a day. Over a period, the data about the student in terms of their response time, knowledge level, training level, approach to a problem, intelligent quotient, interest to studies, willingness to work hard, domain preferences, fields of interest, personality skills, softskills, ability to study depth, seriousness at studies, practical skills, adaptation to new environments and such traits and characteristics are picked up, studied, analysed, and improved over a period through remedial measures. |
